Laser and Cosmetic Dermatology

Recent innovations in cosmetic dermatology and laser surgery allow for the treatment of various conditions. The UCLA Dermatologic Surgery and Laser Center offers state of the art lasers for the removal of unwanted hair, tattoos, port-wine stains, facial vessels, and sunspots. In addition, various medical and surgical treatments to improve sun-damaged or aging skin and some scars are available. These include botox injections, chemical peels, collagen/dermal fillers, microdermabrasion, and non-ablative lasers/light sources/radiofrequency devices. Other services offered include treatment of spider veins with sclerotherapy.
